The HBX Disposable Coverall 55gsm CAT III with Boot is a Category III-rated protective suit designed for high-risk environments where safety cannot be compromised. Constructed from a microporous polyethylene film bonded to a polypropylene substrate, it provides certified protection against airborne particles and fine dust (Type 5b) as well as light liquid spray and mist (Type 6b) — making it suitable for pesticide spraying, asbestos removal, pharmaceutical work, painting and coating, and other demanding applications. CE, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE Module B & C, and FDA certified, with integrated boot covers for full lower-body protection.

The C500 is 55 gsm with an attached hood and integrated boot covers for full head-to-toe coverage. The C200 is a lighter 45 gsm without boot covers, so you wear your own footwear. Choose the C500 when you want full enclosure, the C200 for lighter everyday tasks.

It's a breathable microporous barrier against dust, spores, light liquid sprays, and general contaminants. It is not rated for full chemical protection.

The microporous construction is specifically chosen to breathe while still acting as a barrier, and the suit is lightweight enough to keep mobility through long shifts. It will still run warmer than the C200 given the added coverage.
